This is an embarrassment of a story.
So basically the bloke who is moaning has not acted in accordance with some rule of ethics and West Ham no longer want him.
He can scream as much as he likes but its seems the issue is down to him and nothing to do with West Ham trying to 'starve the ladies team of funds'.
Bringing it in-house is only a good thing right?

flyingV, I wasn't meant to say it's quality, but no matter the quality it's a part of the future of football. And even grumpy old West ham should make a better effort to compete in Europe on that stage.

If we're paying some lad to play FIFA for us then might as well run the ladies' team too.
Historically West Ham have not given two hoots about the girls. A friend of mine helped run it around 13 years ago and the situation was worse then. Despite the changes in ownership from then until now the West Ham philosophy has been that if it doesn't earn us money then it's not of interest. However it does seem that the club are now committed to bringing them in-house, so we'll see what happens.
